 Perhaps we can evolve from the “I” to the “we”, not just the collective “we” but an embodied “we”. Humans have physically evolved through our new appendage, the hand phone. When are we going to implant a chip in the body? We can’t live without a hand phone anymore, people are constantly using them, even while walking. With a chip implanted we might become a truer collective with the ability to access all information through the wifi cloud.
Indeed we are developing a neurological chip which might evolve us by our own hand. Elon Musk’s Neuralink has created a chip that will be able to fix blindness and Quadriplegia by copying the neurological communication across broken pathways. Neuralinks main purpose is to provide the brain direct access to the technological cloud, not to be left behind by Artificial Super Intelligence. Sure we won’t fix the intelligence gap, only the knowledge gap. We might augment our intelligence with an AI version of self. I think we’ll just have to accept human stupidity. AI might emphasize the best practical qualities of humanity. We could allow it to take care of all physical needs and be left to focus on the Arts and humanities leaving human organisation to the glorified calculator, AI.

 Science says consciousness existed in the universe before the Big Bang, it inspired the Big Bang and matter. It’s hard to use terms like ‘before’ when time doesn’t exist, perhaps I should rather use the word simultaneously.
Simultaneously from consciousness ‘altered consciousness‘ came about. Science theorises that ‘altered consciousness‘ represents the birth of individualism, human identity. When we define identity we confine. By defining identity the possibility of fear is given, have and have not. Our first metaphor for existence was a religious one, it considered the material and immaterial. In consciousness it cannot be denied that good and evil exist. Today we have science as our metaphor. It too is trying to account for existence. So popular is the scientific metaphor that it has replaced the religious one, science does pertain to the 3rd dimension. Underlying it all is consciousness, the ability to think, of which science now says the universe is made, thought and matter simultaneously. I describe these theories in more detail in the last post, “consciousness”. I no longer question the existence of God in consciousness, or his counterpart, but think in order to become good you need to act accordingly. For when we leave this dimension we will be consumed by our consciousness, be careful what you think.  God, Buddha, Allah exist in the thought domain, the non material world, consciousness. Like modern science I believe consciousness exists in its own right, thoughts have a non physical existence, good and evil exist, the gods too. Indeed good and evil are a consequence of consciousness.
The posts below considers our perception of the 3rd dimensional world. I think they transcend the third dimension, promoting consciousness above materialism. Consciousness is yet to be scientifically defined like matter which has atomic theory but it's suggested that consciousness is the universe. Science suspects there are many more dimensions in the universe. We are part of the universe. Science also suspects time doesn’t exist, a quote from the first link just below “They insist that the most successful theories in physics prove that time does not exist”, Time is a third dimensional construct. What did you do yesterday, and what of tomorrow. It’s hard to imagine other dimensions when we only know is length, width and height (physicality), and yesterday. We also think, consciousness. Scientists suggest consciousness is not a product of the brain (the material) but exists in it's own right. We are 3rd dimensional creatures. Science says the universe has infinite dimensions. When we die we become part of the universe. Science also says time doesn’t exist but is a 3rd dimensional construct. In that case we permanently exist simply because we have. Perhaps it is true what religion suggests, heaven requires belief. By the strength of our individuality, belief, we might experience other dimensions.  Carl Jung said
“The decisive question for man is: Is he related to something infinite or not? … If we understand and feel that here in this life we already have a link with the infinite, desires and attitudes change.” As he suggests, when humans realise we are part of the infinite we will change. I believe that this realisation is happening now through AI and will lead to mental evolution. Our thought is infinite, thinking doesn’t arrive at a boundary. As I’ve said here before, the last significant evolutionary turning point in thought was when Greek philosophers realised identity, exhibited by their use of the word “gnosis”. Heraclitus, then Socrates and later Plato developed human intelligence using “gnosis” to describe perception, it means “I see” or “I know”, importantly “I”. Identity has been a cornerstone of human intelligence. Now we have created Artificial Intelligence and move toward our next evolutionary leap. AI uses a cloud in technology. Humans have always existed in a cloud since the Greek realisation of identity, the cloud being the thought domain. Now we have created a cloud in technology for Artificial Intelligence which is a copy of human intelligence. We are learning more about our cloud, the thought domain. Science too recognises a cloud through entanglement theory. Matter exists in a cloud such that if you change the polarity of a particle another changes immediately despite distance. The many religions of the world are an expression of the infinite. Reincarnation is a significant belief in so many un-connected cultures. There are many proven psychic abilities. All of these things seem to access the human cloud. Indeed our awareness of the infinite is our awareness of the cloud. When the cloud eventually is known to exist we will have evolved. I use the word cloud as a synonym for Jung’s infinite. We will evolve beyond identity and the Greek ‘I’ as we understand more about the cloud having created one as a copy in technology for AI. We know of our cloud as we exist in a collective with laws to abide, but maybe we can take our cloud further. Perhaps there is evidence to make this cloud an undeniable fact, the infinite. I am lucky to be married to a psychic who can directly access these things, maybe such access to the cloud will be our next evolutionary leap forward.  Very often, the universe communicates with us, not through voices in our head or psychic visions in our dreams, but through signs and symbols in our conscious and awakened state.
A client of mine, an American who works in the mining industry, had a curious and interesting experience when he was trying to find my place. Being from overseas and unfamiliar with the environment in Singapore, he said he got lost and went to a nearby building instead. While he was entering the lift to go back to the ground floor, a dog suddenly bounced into the lift and stayed put there. Worried that the owner of the dog would be looking for it, my client held the lift door open and true enough, a lady showed up and told him her dog had never done that before. As they started talking, my client learned that the dog owner was on her way to my building, and she graciously asked if he needed directions to my address. Another client of mine was running late for her appointment with me and prayed that she would find transport to reach my place in time. True enough, her bus pulled up at the bus stop as soon as she arrived there, and not only that, she could find a place to sit throughout the whole journey. Likewise, she was amazed and perplexed because that was the first time that she had been so lucky as to board a bus almost immediately and on top of that, find a seat on a crowded route that usually has standing room only. More recently, a client wanted desperately to get in touch with her deceased mother who passed away a few years ago but she was uncertain about the whole process of mediumship. I asked her to seek guidance from her mother through meditation and quiet reflection time on her own. And to place an open glass of water on her bedside before she went to bed that night - water is a conductor for psychic visions and a vital enabler for subconscious communication with one’s spirit guides and departed loved ones. Fascinatingly, my client dreamed of her mother appearing to her and asking her to scroll through text messages from her for an answer on whether she should undergo a mediumship session in order to communicate with her for the first time since her death. My client was shaken by that spiritual encounter and the very next morning, did what her mother had advised her to do. Each time she scrolled through her mother’s previous text messages, she landed on an “ok” reply from her mother for something else that is unrelated. By the third “ok”, she was entirely convinced and immediately confirmed her session with me. Needless to say, her mother came forward as anticipated and my client had a powerful and moving experience communicating with her and deriving answers to some unanswered and unresolved questions which had been plaguing her since her mother’s untimely death due to cancer. I too have had my fair share of epiphanies and signs from the universe. When I first embarked on my journey as a spiritualist, I asked Archangel Michael who is one of my spirit protectors and guides to demonstrate to me that he is watching over me and he is constantly by my side. The next day, I went to my car and found a white feather perfectly balanced on the hood despite a gust of wind all around. As the chief of all angels, Archangel Michael embodies all the strength, comfort and compassion of the divine. He is a very clear communicator, and those who are connected with him will likely hear his voice and guidance in their mind, or sense his presence and guidance as a gut feeling. But if you need a physical sign in the real world just to have assurance that his guidance and presence are real and ever present, you can ask him for a physical sign. You can say to him, either mentally or verbally, please send me a sign in the physical world that I may recognise and understand. You don’t have to specify what kind of sign you desire - the angels will decide. A white feather is one of the signs that Archangel Michael tends to send. Another physical sign that I once received was when I received help during a distressful situation from a stranger and Good Samaritan whose name turned out to be Michael. That left me in awe and wonder. Of late, I have been intrigued and amazed by the fact that I have been unscathed in a few incidents that should have left me with cuts, injuries and scars. For some reason, I kept breaking glass utensils and glass bottles in my bathroom and bedroom. This happened three times and all of the incidents took place right next to my feet. But while the glass shards flew and landed virtually everywhere, I found myself completely unaffected and unharmed, standing with total bewilderment in a sea of broken glass. The universe also communicates using numbers. You may keep seeing the same set of numbers on your clock, on sign boards, on car plates, and at the most random places and unexpected times. 333 implies that the ascended masters and higher beings are available and esoteric information is accessible. 444 means that a power house of angels are at hand to assist you or to try and get your attention. 1111 means that an opening to the higher realm is happening now and star energies are entering. 1212 has similar significance - not only is the portal to the higher realm opening but the angels are there to guide you on your journey. Or you could see Sylphs in the sky - air spirits that assume the form of mystical birds and creatures - just like the one in the key visual of this blog post which I sighted in Luang Prabang over the Mekong River while celebrating my husband's birthday with a sunset cruise. We could be surrounded by signs and guided by unseen spirits and guardian angels but unless we are able to “see” the signs - both optically and in our mind’s eye, and “intuit” and recognise them for what they are - we will miss those signs and continue to grope for meaning and direction. If you seek to deepen your connection with the universe and to tap into infinite and universal knowledge, work on connecting with your higher self, heightening your intuition and raising your vibrational energy. |
